Agreements 2.0
Agreements, rebuilt from the ground up.
What is Agreements 2.0?
We set out to bring a DocuSign-like experience to building agreements. Put signature and initial blocks anywhere in the document, add variables and placeholders that pull the inspection's own details in, and let a client sign and move straight on to the next one.
What you get
- Parallel or sequential signing, each signer with their own link
- Signature, initials, date, text, checkbox fields anywhere
- Full editor with live preview and variables
At a glance
- Signers
- Multiple, each with a named role and their own link

How Agreements 2.0 works
5 steps, start to finish.
-
1
Write it, or paste in the one you already use
Drop your existing agreement into the content field and work from there.
-
2
Put blocks and variables where they belong
Signature, initials, date, text and checkbox fields go anywhere in the document, not in a block at the end, and variables pull in the client, property and fee wherever you need them.
-
3
Link it to a service or add-on
This is what makes it automatic. Book that service and the right agreement is added to the inspection, ready to sign in the client dashboard.
-
4
Choose how it gets signed
One signer, several in parallel, or a strict sequence. Each signer gets their own link.
-
5
Track it
Watch the status move from sent to viewed to signed, and trigger automations off those statuses so nothing sits forgotten.
The parts people ask about.
Agreements go out automatically
Once an agreement is attached to a service, booking that service adds it to the inspection for the client to sign. It stops being something you have to remember.
Different signing modes for different jobs
One signer, everyone at once, or a strict order when one signature depends on another. Pick per agreement.
Create your signature once
Inspectors can draw their real signature and have it applied automatically, leaving only the client's to collect. Client signatures are always captured from the client, in their dashboard.
Agreements 2.0, answered
Can more than one person sign?
Yes. Multiple signers, each with a named role and their own link, signing all at once or in a set order.
Where can signature fields go?
Anywhere in the document. Signature, initials, date, text and checkbox fields are placed inline, alongside variables that fill in the client, property and fee.
Is a signed agreement defensible?
Each signature records the signer's name, email, IP address, device and timestamp, and the signed PDF carries a signature certificate page. There is also a public page that confirms an agreement is genuine, and a QR code on the certificate so a printed copy can be scanned straight to it.
Do I have to remember to send the right contract?
No. Agreements attach to services and add-ons, so booking that service adds the matching agreement automatically, ready to sign in the client dashboard.
Can I sign my side automatically?
Yes. Draw your signature once and auto-sign applies it, leaving only the client's signature to collect.
