How State & Industry Forms works
6 steps, start to finish.
-
1
Open Templates, then Create new
Scroll down and every form we support is there, ready to import.
-
2
Import the form you need
One click puts it in My Templates, where you can open it and look through the detail before you use it.
-
3
Link it to a service or add-on
This is the step that matters. A form attached to an add-on is offered automatically whenever that add-on is booked, and you can link it to as many as you like.
-
4
Pick it in the Report Builder
The form appears in the report selector at the top of the app, alongside your main inspection.
-
5
Fill it in like any template
Same comments, same photos, same workflow. Nothing about the form changes how you inspect.
-
6
Check it, then deliver it
View report from the inspection detail page shows you the finished PDF, and the official form is delivered with the rest of the reports.
State & Industry Forms, answered
Does Binsr support TREC?
Yes. The Texas TREC standard report form has a purpose-built renderer, and KC Bartley's TREC template ships free with every account.
Which Florida forms are included?
4-Point, Wind Mitigation on the 2026 OIR-B1-1802 revision, Roof, and WDO. Texas WDI and NPMA-33 are included too.
Is NPMA-33 really built in?
Yes, through our official partnership with NPMA. It renders as the real form rather than an approximation.
Can I run a WDI alongside a home inspection?
Yes. Attach as many add-ons as the job needs, and link a form to each one. Each produces its own report and its own PDF.
Do I have to rebuild my template to use a state form?
No. State forms are templates you select and link to your services and add-ons. Your own template stays exactly as it is.
What does the client actually receive?
The official form, filled in, as a PDF, delivered alongside the rest of the reports for that inspection.
