Keep adding comments the way you always have
Other report builders leave you editing one comment to cover every location. Here you add a comment for each finding as normal and merge afterwards, so your process does not change and the report still gets shorter.

Do I lose detail when comments are merged?
No. The photos and detail from each comment carry into the merged summary, with the location of each item. The report gets shorter, the record does not get thinner.
Which comments should I merge?
Similar findings that do not need separating. Anything significant is usually better standing on its own, which is why you pick them yourself.
Is the merge applied automatically?
No. It is proposed and you accept it, the same as every other AI feature in Binsr.
Why would I want fewer comments?
A shorter report is one a client finishes, and a long run of repeated minor findings makes a house read as worse than it is.
