What is AI Quick Add?
Speak your findings as you go. Binsr transcribes on your device in real time, shows you the closest match from your own comment library alongside an AI-written comment following your AI Instructions, and already knows where each one belongs in your report.
At a glance
- Input
- Your voice as you work, or a photo of what you are looking at
- Transcription
- Live and on the device, so it keeps up with you rather than uploading and waiting
- What comes back
- The closest match from your own comment library, and an AI-written comment following your AI Instructions
- Routing
- Binsr already knows where a comment belongs in your report, so each finding lands in the right section and line item
- Findings per capture
- Several. One walk through a room can produce several separate comments
- Set automatically
- Defect level, tags, and the location if you mention it
- Photo capture
- Shoot the defect and it writes the finding from the image, the same way it does from your voice
- Approval
- Nothing enters the report until you review and accept it
- Commands
- No phrasing to learn, but preset commands are there when you want the AI to do something specific
How AI Quick Add works
5 steps, start to finish.
-
1
Open Quick Add from anywhere in the app
The microphone button is available wherever you are working, and when you are done it puts you back where you started.
-
2
Talk the way you would to an assistant
Describe what you are seeing. There is nothing to memorise, though preset commands are there when you want something specific.
-
3
Watch it transcribe as you speak
Transcription runs on the device and in real time, so you see the words appear rather than waiting on an upload.
-
4
Let it match and route
You get the closest comment from your own library alongside an AI-written one, each routed to the section and line item it belongs in, with defect level, tags and location already set.
-
5
Review before it lands
Every proposed comment is shown for approval. Edit, accept or discard. Nothing reaches the report on its own.
The parts people ask about.
Your input controls everything
The AI structures and words what you said, against the comments your account already uses. It does not decide what is wrong with the property.
Your comment library makes it better
Quick Add matches against your existing comments, so an account with a well built library gets output that sounds like the inspector rather than like software.
You approve every item
This is deliberate. An inspector signs the report, so the inspector is the last step before anything is in it.
AI Quick Add, answered
Does it need signal?
Yes. Transcription runs on your device, but the AI that writes the finding and routes it into your template needs an internet connection. The rest of the Report Builder keeps working offline, including taking photos.
Will the report sound like a robot wrote it?
No. It matches against your account's own comment library, and it follows your AI Instructions, so the wording follows the standards you set rather than generic phrasing.
Can one capture create several findings?
Yes. Talk through a room and it separates the findings, routing each to the section and line item it belongs in. A photo works the same way.
Does AI put things in my report without me seeing them?
No. Every proposed comment is shown for review, and you accept, edit or discard it before it is in the report.
Does it set the severity for me?
Yes, and more than that. It sets the defect level, picks the relevant tags from the ones you use, and fills in the location if you mention it while speaking.
